French dinner

Hello!

This Tuesday, I invited friends to eat French.

To say thank you to these persons helping me in my journey and my adventure, as much financially than culturally, I decided to convy them to a "Cena Francesa", that is to say a French dinner.
The Menu:
Entrée "Cake Mushrooms, Ham Serrano and Cheese"
Plat Principal "Boeuf Bourguignon served with Potatoes in Gratin"
Dessert "Duo of Mousses, Fresh Strawberries"

Well, the preparation of the mousses (chocolate and strawberry-blackberry) began the day before at 0.30 am to finish at 2 am. Then, after only 5h in bed (on the floor because my air matress was completely flat because of... that's a long story, in one word, there is no more batteries in the air pump), I began at 7 am to make the cake.

Then, after the morning at work, I began to cook at 2.30 pm, once the seats and table we needed were installed.
So, cake in the oven for 1h15, preparation of the boeuf bourguignon for 10 persons: 3kg of meat, 2kg of potatoes... then 2h30 in the oven!
For everything: from 2.30 pm to 7 pm in the kitchen.

The night: little apéro with olives, pastis, sangria and white wine, nice French dinner, served, as in France: in the plate, at the table, not a buffet like Mexicans!
Except the meat really tough, everything was good and nobody is sick today! Not yet...
